This particular strip took longer to do than most of the others, but I felt it was well worth the effort!

Respect the past, don't try to run over kids.
I think everyone learned a lesson today.

I realise this episode is nearly a year old now, but I've been going back through the archives and this is one I'd like to frame. Especially Reggie's quotable defense statement. I've known plenty of juveniles who aren't going to be a positive contribution to society.

As Homer Simpson once said, "I believe children are the future... unless we stop them now!"

I can agree with Reggie there. There are some kids so bratty you almost WISH they would get run over! :D In my school days, I can definitely say I was classmates with some people who were destined to contribute nothing positive to society! XD

Know I only just started checking out the comic, but this is probably my favorite strip so far :) Being double-length doesn't hurt!

I'm with Reggie on this one. Kids are indeed the future, and if kids are going around pelting eggs are people's cars, then they aren't going to amount to nothing.

We also can't have our children believing in Creationism because if we want a generation of young people who are scientists and engineers, we can't have them believe in nonsense.

As Bill Nye the Science Guy put it, "If you want to deny evolution and live in your world that's completely inconsistent with everything we observe in the universe, that's fine. But don't make your kids do it."
