Russ is not the most open-minded individual in the sense that American things annoy him, plus unlike Reg he is not as willing to accept a change of scene. But I promise that his attitute towards North America will warm considerably once he is over there ;)

I can sympathize with Russ...Not so much in the fact that I dislike America (I AM American and while I'm not proud of every aspect of my country's history and culture, I certainly don't HATE my country), but I can have a hard time adjusting to new environments too. If I ever move out of my old house it's gonna take a helluva long time to adjust! :D

America isn't a perfect country, it has it's problems. But most of those problems are caused by the conservatives always trying to set our country back 40 years.

And us liberals are trying our damndest to fix these problems. It isn't easy, but we're doing our best.
