And cue the Grange Hill theme! (either is fine, but the 1990s one is the one I grew up with :P )

I don't miss primary school. Sometimes it was fun, but most of the time it was real chore, and I have a feeling a few of my teachers were kind of out to get me. But I wasn't the easiest kid, and sometimes I brought their wrath upon myself, but then that's what it's like being seven years old! :P

I didn't like elementary school either. Not because of the teachers so much but mainly because I was *THE* bully target in my grade :( In particular, I remember one little punk tricked me into going into the storage shed during recess by telling me to go fetch something from it. Cue him slamming the door shut on me and leaving me there in the dark! He stood in front of the shed door and wouldn't allow me out no matter how much I banged on it and begged to be let out. And the worst part was that the teacher didn't do a DAMNED thing about it!

Needless to say I was pretty miserable throughout elementary school. But then again kids ALWAYS go for the weakest ones, and especially the smarter ones. I don't know...maybe it's just me, but in school it seems like it's actually COOL to be unintelligent/an asshole, and something to be totally ashamed of if you have an IQ above 100 :( There are some things I really miss about my childhood. School is NOT one of them!

I was actually a very good student in elementary school. I remember making of lot of friends of friends in the third grade. That was probably one of the best years of my life.

Sometimes dealing with teachers can be such a bitch.
when I was a kid I thought my teachers were evil aliens trying to make
our lives a living Hell.

At my high school, I actually like all my teachers this year. And about what I do in school, I am a one crazy mother f**ker. I LOVE to bug the sh*t out of my friends. I'm suprised I haven't been caught by the teachers yet. I have a chance to express my "feelings" to all my friends. Lets just say when I bug the sh*t outta them... I have a very dirty mind... Do not underestimate the power of my craziness EVER!!! XD XD XD

That said I should add I wasn't much of a troublemaker in my younger school days. I got in trouble a lot because the other kids provoked me and/or framed me for their wrongdoings. I didn't really actually cause much in the way of actual trouble until my high school years, and I'll-embarrassingly-admit a lot of that was due to me trying to fit in and not be myself. Not something I'm proud of :D But then again in school you're practically discouraged from being an individual, lest you want to be isolated from everyone else! Or maybe that's just American schools...

My own school issues aside, I like that you color-coded the chairs to let us know which one is Russ and which one is Reg. Nice touch :)

Thanks for noticing :)

'sigh' We all get punished at school when we were kids at one point or another.

I guess the school system had to find some way of trying to teach children about discipline, especially if the parents of a child or children, would let them get away with murder. though I'm sure many of us did come from decent parents.

On an unrelated note, we're back to having comics brought to us at 1.00am again, thanks ComicFurry and their total did-belief of Daylight Savings Time (British Summer Time). :D

One word...BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services). To many students residing in that state, it is a trade school. For some others, it is a place for the...um, less fortunate. Care to guess which one? ;0P I was only there for a couple years though before returning to standard elementary school. For the most part though, it was pretty good.

in the USA we have what we call Elementary School 7 to 12 years old. and in the 90s to the late 90s was the worst time to be in school because most did not give two hacs about the kids just make it to the next day to get the money.

and don't get me started with the bullying
FreyFox 31st Mar 2017, 9:54 AM edit delete reply
Yeah, the bullying is something I'd rather forget too.

GoodKaptainKook 2nd Apr 2017, 4:16 AM edit delete reply
You saw your food...MOVE? What the hell were they trying to serve you, live worms or something? XD
ZsewqTheWolf 8th Apr 2017, 5:07 PM edit delete reply
the 90s and elery 00s was the worst time to be a kid in the food area in school.

many many kids will get food pison from old ass food way WAY passed it sell by date.

And thats why kids beat the shit out of you for money so they don't have to get free food from the school and buy there own luach

There is a lot that I miss about the 90s. School was NOT one of them. Damn little bastards made my life a living hell. I mean I was no saint either (who of us WAS) but I sure didn't deserve getting bullied every day.

Btw I'm glad someone else noticed what you did with the chairs. I did too. I just wanted to see if others picked up. XD

(I've had some teachers like that.)

I was expecting that old puzzle. One twin is telling the truth, the other is lying...

I can tell twin which is which thanks to their chairs. ;)

I believe thanks to Reggie, that's the reason why the boys have a troubling relationship with their teacher. :D
