In the end though, the rest of their honeymoon worked out well all things considered :) Take my word for it.

For once, Jason is speechless...! XD
FreyFox 6th Mar 2017, 12:50 AM edit delete reply
For once? :P
Feige Roman 6th Mar 2017, 10:59 AM edit delete reply
My personal headcanon is that Jason is one of those people who'll SAY they're speechless, but then continue asserting their speechlessness for ages at a time...:P

That cop was a helluva lot nicer than I would've expected. I thought they were jail cell bound for sure.

So they made the front page headlines of numerous news websites? Would be even more hilarious (and humiliating, for them) if was a breaking news headline on the national news, but that would be...maybe just a tad overexaggerated :D
FoKI 6th Mar 2017, 12:57 AM edit delete reply
I know, it even has reached Springfield zone. (Holds up newspaper that says, "MOONERS of Hawaii" with a small article that says, "Uterus still missing".

(You'd understand if you watch the Simpsons)

First thing that came to my mind when reading this :D
Zarpaulus 6th Mar 2017, 12:59 AM edit delete reply
I get the feeling it isn't an uncommon "crime" there.
FoKI 6th Mar 2017, 12:02 AM edit delete reply
Don't worry. Only 55 people saw it. 55 Trillion.

The rest of their honeymoon may have went well as can be expected, but this will be an experience they will never forget. ;)

I blame that fox that filmed the whole thing in the last strip. :D

By the way, I would like to mention that them taking a honeymoon particularly interest me...my mother actually used to live on Oahu for about 6-7 years in the '80s when she was stationed there in the Navy. (Also lived in Alaska, too). I should like to visit someday :)

100 strips ago, a little over a year ago, I came a long... I ain't going nowhere! Happy 100 strips with transmission for me! :-D And the best part of this, Jason was in this! I MISS JASON!!!

Any way, at least Russ and Linda had a "nice" time on their honey moon. Well at the end at least XD
FreyFox 6th Mar 2017, 12:51 AM edit delete reply
Thanks for staying with us :)
Section79 6th Mar 2017, 12:13 AM edit delete reply
Oh, shit! Looks like Jason (and thousands of people) know about Russ and Linda's naked misadventure in paradise thanks to online news! I wouldn't worry about though. Give it a few weeks and it'll all blow over. Maybe next time they'll keep on eye on their clothes! :)
Zarpaulus 6th Mar 2017, 1:02 AM edit delete reply
I get the feeling that cop has seen this kind of thing before.

Those clothes don't seem to fit too well.

Here's hoping their kids never do a google search of their names.

What do you expect, you two? The media gets a field day out of these things. XD

Oh, Jason. Many more years of silence, and speech therapy coming your way. Ha! XD

Well, this story arc was a huge boundary pusher, Mark. Good job. What a way to dedicate The Pink Panther: A Shot in the Dark with this one. But, I would love it if it went like The Simpsons episode; more chapters, more close encounters with people while trying to hide, more humorous hidden nudity moments then peeks of nudity and ending with the large crowd looking at Russell and Linda's birthday suits. But, the two accept their fate and end in a romantic way by sharing a kiss for the heck of it. XD

But, this was jolly fun. And the best and most romantic way to have a honeymoon. I hope mine goes that way. XD

Oh, and by the way, Mark. I'm buying myself a copy of Dead Dog Running this week. It looks like my cup of tea. ;)

Wonder what they are going to do. Find a Cable Wire to cut off the Internet?
FreyFox 6th Mar 2017, 10:00 PM edit delete reply
Thank you :) I felt going for a Simpsons route might have been a bit too drawn out and cliche. I also toyed with them getting back to the hotel without being caught, but what we went with was definitely the funniest scenario we could come up with :D And I hope you enjoy Dead Dog Running!

Thanks for the reply, Frey. I just bought a copy last night, going to be waiting for like 5 days. :D

By the way, I'm working on a comic strip where my OCs, Rachel Ringtails and Carl Vixson gets involved in a similar situation like Russell and Linda. I had this idea for a while and I decided to do it sooner because of the Honeymoon arc. And there is a second one being written up for the future. :D

I'll note you when it comes and I hope you will enjoy it. ;)

Something similar to this actually happened years ago one night on Newcastle's beach (in Australia you guys :P ). To make matters worse for the unfortunate couple the political cartoonist of The Newcastle Herald tried to portray them in a sympathetic manner, showing them caught by the police while dozens of other couples AND beach creatures were also 'gettin busy. Alas it backfired spectacularly because the next day the paper's feedback column was swamped with hate mail toward the pair for their behaviour.

In the capital city of my home state, about a decade ago, a couple decided to get it on on the roof of a SLOPED office building. They both fell off to their deaths. They are now permanently "enshrined" on the Darwin Awards website for people who died during acts of extreme stupidity.

So it could always be worse. Least they-and Russ and Linda, for that matter!-didn't decide a roof was a good place to make love!

No need to speak about it kids...the press does it for you.

This has been one heck of an awesome comic! Just finished reading all 472 pages. Took me 2 and half days on and off.

I really LOVE the characters! Especially Russ and Reg. Look forward to more. :D
