OK that coyote has identity issues.
FreyFox 6th Jan 2017, 12:19 AM edit delete reply
Not really. A few people go by their surname.
GoodKaptainKook 6th Jan 2017, 3:35 AM edit delete reply
I knew a couple of people from my father's golfing circle who were, or were referred to on a first name-last name basis because there were multiple guys there with the same first name. I guess it works out fine if you have an easy-to-spell/pronounce last name like Randall...but it wouldn't work out for somebody like me (I have a Norse last name that *nobody* can spell rightk, I *always* have to spell it for people when they're trying to write it down. Kinda embarrassing! :D)
David31 6th Jan 2017, 10:40 PM edit delete reply
At least you don't have a simple 5 letter Polish last name with two syllables and people still miss-pronounce it sometimes. :D
David31 6th Jan 2017, 10:39 PM edit delete reply
Actually I was thinking that he probably goes by several allies when he sleeps around, so that it's hard for him to pay child support. ;) :D

Sorry Mark I just realized this is the first time that we see Timothy's name in full, that too is a first. ;)
FreyFox 7th Jan 2017, 10:42 PM edit delete reply
In Transmission yes :) In the previous webcomic, it was set in a different universe and as such doesn't count ^^.
David31 9th Jan 2017, 12:04 AM edit delete reply
That's why I mentioned that it was the first time. I don't count the original Willow and Timothy strip to be a part of this.

After finally seeing Falling Down last night, these scenes make more sense. I think the ending would be my favorite scene.

BTW, I never knew Randall's real name was Jack.
FreyFox 6th Jan 2017, 12:19 AM edit delete reply
Aye, Jack Randall ^^.
Shaggy 6th Jan 2017, 12:09 AM edit delete reply
D-: ................Randall is not Randall?... Randall's friend is now dead?... RANDALLS NAME IS NOT RANDALL!!!!!????? This got really intense! But in a good way for me, (I love intensity ;-D) But it feels like everything just happened all in 1 second... The part the shocks me the most is that Randall isn't Randall! It's Jack!? I need to think what just happened... XD
FreyFox 6th Jan 2017, 12:19 AM edit delete reply
His full name is Jack Randall ;)
Shaggy 6th Jan 2017, 12:52 AM edit delete reply
Oooohhhh. So Randall is Randall's last name. I thought his name was completely different. At first I couldent not call Randall Jack. I would have never gotten used to it. But even if his first name is Jack, I'm still gonna call him Randall ;-) I'm still gonna try to see the movie. I try during the weekend I gusse. Also I feel bad for Randall. Tim had no choice but to shoot his friend. I'm sure Randall could forgive Tim :-) But I think Randall will need some time for that though... I can't blame him too.
One more thing. This is a great story so far! Keep up the good work :-D
KC Jones.II 6th Jan 2017, 12:54 AM edit delete reply
Somehow I don't think that Jack is going to be too upset with Tim over this.

If I'm wrong, you draw on 5. I don't have a gun.
GoodKaptainKook 6th Jan 2017, 1:14 AM edit delete reply
Randall is actually his last name and his real first name is Jack...? Cool, I guess-Jack is actually one of my favorite male names. And funnily enough so is Ralph! :D My favorite is probably Henry, though-I don't know why, but I've probably made half-a-dozen characters named Henry over my time as a writer :D

Also, this escalated pretty quickly! I actually kind of thought this arc might go on a little while longer...Chalk it up to me not being familiar with the source material, perhaps? :D (I have to admit movies like Falling Down aren't usually my personal cup of tea-no offense meant-but this was an interesting enough arc even if I felt somewhat locked-out due to not being "in" on the extended reference!)

Is that a gray NES Zapper he's got?

Starting to look like "suicide by cop".
LongTom 6th Jan 2017, 6:59 AM edit delete reply
Suicide by cop.
coreyfox 6th Jan 2017, 11:06 PM edit delete reply
Wait... I thought Tim's last name was Rackstraw
FreyFox 7th Jan 2017, 11:45 AM edit delete reply
Not since the last decade when I hadn't thought things through. He needed a more Canadian sounding surname.
LongTom 7th Jan 2017, 3:24 PM edit delete reply
What, like "Mowat"?

It should be noted that I met a Canadian who never heard of Farley Mowat. So you never know.
Seizethemoment 7th Jan 2017, 7:58 PM edit delete reply

The ending is sad in this film. Good work organizing your characters to fit the roles germane to Falling Down.
FreyFox 7th Jan 2017, 10:42 PM edit delete reply
It is. Brilliant performance by Michael Douglas though!
AjayRulezzz 7th Jan 2017, 9:37 PM edit delete reply

FreyFox 7th Jan 2017, 10:42 PM edit delete reply

And now Tim gets to live with killing an unarmed suspect. Guy gave him no choice but to fire in the interest of self preservation, but a lot of folks wouldn't see it that way, I'm sure.
FreyFox 10th Jan 2017, 2:24 AM edit delete reply
I'm sure he'll cope.
Kaoru 24th Jan 2017, 9:22 AM edit delete reply
What? Noooo, he was my favourite character! :C
