Turns out Russ and Linda aren't much better than Reg and Randall when it comes to babysitting Willow and Tim's children!

I based this one loosely on a joke that the artist DripRat drew referencing this film. He too is a James Bond fan and I recommend you check out his "Failing To Bond" series sometime.

Because I am busy working on the sequel to "Kat-Venture and the Terror of Xibalba" among other work, I am scaling back updates of Transmission to just one strip a week during this shorter story arc. I plan to be back to two a week in time for the next one ;)

That's fair enough in regards to your temporarily reduced work load. I assuming then that it's only going to be on Fridays that you'll update the strip then?

Also, yeah Uncle TV strikes again. :D
FreyFox 6th May 2016, 3:00 PM edit delete reply
Yes, Fridays for just now :)

Fair enough, good luck with your new Kat-Venture story and your other projects. :-)

I've seen those "Failure to Bond" comics by DripRat
They're really cool^^

Sure, watching a James Bond marathon with a young child is a great idea! It's not like it's violent 4 kids! XD
Almost at 400, I can't wait! :-D
FreyFox 6th May 2016, 3:00 PM edit delete reply
I need to quit stalling XD

Up to you on when you want to release your strips-it is YOUR comic, after all! :) I myself like having freedom to work at my own pace on writing, but that unfortunately results in me procrastinating terribly! :D

As for this strip itself...Perhaps Russ and Linda would do better with their own kid someday? :) (That is, ASSUMING that ever happens! :D) I personally wasn't shown Bond films as a child, but I grew up watching the Simpsons, King of the Hill, and other shows like that...along with Thomas the Tank Engine :D Interesting kid, I was! Depsite having watched things probably beyond my age group as a boy, I think I turned out OK, despite what "THINK OF THE CHILDREN!" types would tell you ;)

If Russ and Linda ever have kids they might turn out a little messed up.

LOL! Excellent reverence to Paula Ivanova there!

Why do you think I sent you three dozen RED roses? XD

A View to a Kill is my second favorite Roger Moore James Bond film. The first being Live and
Let Die.

And I'm assuming the Tchaikovsky is the clitoris, correct?
FreyFox 6th May 2016, 3:03 PM edit delete reply
Whatever is between a woman's legs, yes. XD

I liked A View To A Kill, but my favourite Moore films are The Spy Who Loved Me, For Your Eyes Only and of course Live And Let Die :)

Ha-ha! Kids grow up fast thanks to Bond. XD

Good luck on the sequel to Kat-Venture and the Terror of Xibalba, Keeny. :)

I don't get?
FreyFox 6th May 2016, 3:04 PM edit delete reply
Yes, well if you haven't seen A View To A Kill you wouldn't :P

Whoa, good job on your pronunciation there, Rebecca! :)

You know what would be a bad idea for them to do?

Watch the movie, "Hardcore Henry" and attempt the stunts that Henry does to result to injury

When Becky calls Linda Big Lady it's cute.

When Russell says it, it's a ferret fist in the face. XD

"A view to a kill" is probably my favorite Roger Moore* Bond film, but I don't get the gag here either.

*Though Moore was my least favorite of the Bond actors. I liked aVtaK for having Christopher Walken as the villain.

(Re Driprat, I wish he'd resume the Jack webcomic.)
FreyFox 7th May 2016, 10:47 PM edit delete reply
He's resumed it, or at least completed his Princess Of Hell's Highlands story :)

Yes I saw it a couple of weeks back (and got the ending spoiled).

Hopefully one day he'll give us closure on the characters.

Someone danced into the fire, I'll say. That fatal kid is all they need.
