Never herd of any of those, except French fries. It's best to keep it simple. ;-)

Jason wants to make Chips?
Didn't the twins already try that?

At least Reg is getting used to hearing them get called "French Fries". Some years back he had a complete conniption fit over French Fries not being the same as chips.

Jason would make a great chef.

It looks Reggie is at us when Jason said, "French fries."

Showing that he's used to the name instead of "chips" by "Breaking The Fourth Wall." ;)

I can't help but think you've got the wrong "Jamie", colliefan.

Rather than that having anything to do with James May, whom I've never seen called Jamie, I'd be very surprised if that isn't a real Jamie Oliver book. Especially considering Jedward is, unfortunately, real and showed up oh so long ago.

I haven't.
They cut the part out where Clarkson asked if the local shop had certain ingredients and when May replied they had some potatos Clarkson said "I'll make some chips" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zgRXi2svWPU

Yeah, Jamie Oliver rabbiting on about introducing children to real food is pretty rich... as he must be if he can afford all those italian and spanish ingredients instead of substituting what you can find at a normal supermarket.

"French Fries" are also hard to make, if you want to make them crispy and crunchy like at restaurants.

All the same I love Reggie's reaction.

Yeah, probably better off to just go with French fries. Harder to make something really classy in 30 minutes :D
