Call comes on the radio: (I don't know what the LAPD lingo is): "Vehicle check on a red Plymouth Belvedere GTX, registration ..."
...and Russ & Reg end up at the station after all.

EDIT: Corrected the name of the car

Except it is not a Ford Plymouth, it is a Plymouth Belvedere GTX ;)

Thanks for the correction. :). Edited!

(Cars are not my area of expertise).

Don't they remember he asked them to take a pic of him next to their
cool car in a previous strip...? :)
And the proper term might be paws or hind
paws but whatever! As for a police car not
being a taxi, there was a wildcat school bus strike in Boston the other day and someschool kids were taken to school in some police cars but Timothy is following procedure..

Well, nice use of a slogan. Wonder if Tim will hear about this when he gets back.

Wait a minute...the last strip said they were 50 miles from L. A.? Did they REALLY walk that far on foot? That must've taken days! :D

Reg, a cop car is NOT a toy! XD

Reggie's got a point. Police officers are supposed to help people.
